| Breakfast, Snacks and Lunches
Breakfast is served every morning from 8:00-8:30am.
Healthy snacks are provided in each classroom mid-afternoon.
Lunches are given between the hours of 11:00 and 11:45am in a "Family Style" setting. Each classroom has their lunch delivered to their room. The teachers sit with the children around a comfortable sized table. We begin teaching our children (starting at walking age) to serve themselves properly and use good table manners. We believe family style dining is a good time to work on communication skills. We take the opportunity to talk about current issues.
We participate in the USDA Food Program, therefore we serve well balanced meals and proper portions to each child. We rotate through 5 weeks of menus. Each week's menu is posted in the front office on the parent information board.

| Each of our teachers post a weekly curriculum that is reviewed by our Curriculum Specialist. The curriculum plan includes activities in all the following categories:
